Another commission i finished.
“Family Portrait”
This commission is finally done! had so much trouble with this one!
This lady passed away and her son commissoned me to paint her portrait.
I added some symbolism to make it more than just a picture of her.
She had to walk with a crutch for the past 3 years so i added it inn the background to help spell out the letters of “hope”.
The frame and “hope” was in the background of their wedding reception venue where this picture of her was take.
She was also and absolute coffee addict drinking about 10-15 cups a day so i turned her earrings into coffee cups.
Lastly the postcard landscape of big ben inside the frame i added because of 2 of her children live in London and she loved the place.
this is a quick sketch i did for a commission.

she had a coffee addiction and so i decided to give her earrings shaped like coffee cups.
she loved england and so i am going to paint the big ben in the frame nehind her.

managed a little progress, added the scorpion and pupae.
a little progress shot of what im currently working on. soo much still left to do. i want to add a scorpion with butterfly wings aswell as paint the background. its only the first layer of paint.
